In 2025, Pigment JSC produced approximately 247,000 tons of chemical products, a 7% increase compared to the same period last year. Key product groups demonstrated positive growth, including gasoline additives, optical brighteners, finished paints and varnishes, formaldehyde resins, acrylic dispersions, and others.
Export shipments increased significantly. 57,000 tons of products were shipped to neighboring and non-CIS countries — 25% more than last year. This was achieved thanks to increased shipments of chemical products (construction chemicals, gasoline additives, and phenol-formaldehyde resins) to Egypt, Israel, Uzbekistan, and other countries.
Pigment JSC continues to adhere to its strategy of continuous development and improvement—in manufacturing, energy, and environmental protection—and strives to introduce innovative technologies and products. Pigment continues to implement large-scale investment projects . In 2025, over 1.5 billion rubles were allocated for these goals. One of the major projects was the launch of a new production facility for redispersible polymer powders for dry construction mixes (a polyvinyl acetate dispersion synthesis stage and a redispersible polymer powder drying stage).
As a reminder, redispersible polymer powder is a promising product that is relevant not only to the Russian market but also has significant export potential. From a production perspective, this is a very narrow field. Only two companies in Russia produce redispersible polymer powder, which are unable to meet the needs of the domestic construction market, especially given the sanctions and the halt in the supply of dry construction mixes from abroad. Therefore, Pigment responded to market demand at the right time, deciding to develop one basic grade for now and purchase a new system for Department No. 31 to produce this high-tonnage product.
It 's worth noting that 2025 was also a year rich in federal and regional project victories for Pigment. Among the major ones, the company won the RSPP National Award "Leaders of Responsible Business," the All-Russian RSPP Competition "Business Flagships: Dynamics, Responsibility, Sustainability" in the "Import Substitution Project" category, and the All-Russian Competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" in the categories "For the Contribution of Social Investments and Philanthropy to Regional Development" (1st place), "For the Development of Social Partnership in Manufacturing Organizations" (2nd place), and "For the Development of a Healthy Lifestyle in Manufacturing Organizations" (3rd place). In its export activities, Tambov's Pigment took first place in the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "Exporter of the Year" in the nomination "Responsible Exporter (ESG)" (category: large business), and second place in the federal stage of the All-Russian competition "Exporter of the Year" in the same nomination.
According to ratings and rankings, Pigment is a leader in the ESG rating (level AAA). The overall score is 118. In the "Government" category, it scored 65 points out of 70. According to the RAEX rating agency, the company is among the top three (very high level of management quality) in the ESG ranking for personnel management quality; among the top 10 Russian chemical companies in sustainable development; and in the first group for information security (IS) (total score level 81-100).
