On October 9, 2025, an awards ceremony for the leaders of the procurement management quality rating, compiled by the Expert RA rating agency and the analytical company Expert Business Solutions, was held in Moscow. Tambov-based chemical company Pigment was included in the top 100 procurement departments. Denis Konoplev, Head of Raw Materials Procurement, was awarded the diploma. Sergey Varechkin, Raw Materials Procurement Manager, received the well-deserved award at the ceremony.
As a reminder, the rating methodology is based on the analysis and assessment of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The final score depends on the level of development of key components of the procurement system: the procurement experience of the manager and their team, the degree of automation of the procurement management system, the quality of systematization and regulation of the procurement process, procurement performance indicators, and compliance with ESG standards in the implementation of these indicators.
It's worth noting that Pigment is participating in the ranking for the second time. Being included among the top 100 procurement divisions is a well-deserved achievement for the company. Pigment JSC actively applies sustainable development principles in its procurement management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company. Adopting ESG principles not only improves the efficiency of the procurement process but also creates and enhances environmental, social, and economic value for all stakeholders.
