Tambov-based Pigment entered the top 10 Russian chemical companies in sustainability, taking 5th place. The new ESG ranking was released by the RAEX rating agency.
It's worth noting that the research used to prepare the ranking assessed the compliance of companies' strategic documents with sustainable development principles, risk management, and objective indicators related to resource consumption. Chemical companies demonstrate the greatest achievements in implementing ESG principles in areas such as water resource management, engagement with local communities, and business ethics.

As a reminder, Pigment's operations are guided by the company's core principles of sustainable development: reducing environmental impact, ensuring social security for its employees, developing the region where it operates, and implementing high management standards within its corporate governance framework. These principles are integrated into Pigment's overall development strategy and are aimed at supporting and facilitating the Company's mission.
The company began focusing on sustainable development in 2019. This choice stemmed not simply from following a trend, but from a conscious approach to business development. During this time, extensive work has been carried out in key areas of activity, as evidenced by annual non-financial reports, major victories in All-Russian competitive projects, and leading positions in ESG ratings and rankings.
