The social projects of Pigment JSC took second place in the new national ranking in the Medium Business category. The company was awarded the status of "Partner of National Projects of Russia" for 2 national projects - "Education" and "Tourism and Hospitality Industry".
It should be noted that this is the official recognition by the state of the contribution of business to the implementation of national projects. More than 70 companies became the finalists of the first ranking in Russia, which assesses the contribution of business and non-profit organizations (NPOs) to the implementation of national projects and the achievement of national goals.
“The result presented in the ranking is the result of a serious joint work of the company with the administration of the Tambov region, universities and schools, the tourism community on career guidance and mentoring programs for children and youth, as well as the development of industrial tourism and an increase in tourist flow in the region. Pigment JSC implements systematic assistance to the younger generation in professional self-determination, building a career guidance trajectory and future employment in the company. Industrial tourism programs are aimed at popularizing science and engineering specialties,” the press service of Pigment JSC noted.
The published rating was compiled by ANO National Priorities based on the results of 2021. based on verification. It included the assessment of practices on a point system. The selection of social responsibility programs was carried out through the project partners: the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the Donor Forum, the #MYVMESTE International Award, the all-Russian public organization "Business Russia", the Association of Russian Managers.
