The unique practice of JSC "Pigment" in training future specialists took third place in the category "Mentoring in the field of breakthrough technologies" of the All-Russian competition "Best Mentoring Practices", held as part of the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". Traditionally, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation was the organizer.
It should be noted that the applicants for participation in the finals of the competition were the winners of the regional stage, during which the effectiveness of a particular mentoring practice, its uniqueness, as well as the possibility of further development and application outside their region were taken into account.
Enterprises from 55 regions of the country took part. The contestants presented systems for attracting future employees from colleges and universities, immersing them in the work of the enterprise, exchanging experience between new employees and experienced specialists. Based on the results, more than 300 applications were evaluated by the experts of the competition, namely the best employers of 2021 according to Forbes, as well as experts from the Federal Competence Center, WorldSkills Russia, Rosmolodezh and the Russian State Social University.
“The national project revives mentoring, rationalization, training of employees in the field. Only if earlier a turner taught an apprentice, now in modern corporate culture we are talking about knowledge in the field of advanced technologies and management. This allows you to quickly navigate the enterprise and immerse yourself in work in a matter of days, not months, ”says Ivan Kostin, Deputy Director of the Department for Labor Productivity, Protection and Investment Promotion.
From the Tambov company, the project entitled “Mentoring Models in the TQM Strategy of JSC Pigment” was presented by Lyubov Lozenkova, Deputy Director for Strategic Development, Head of the Quality Department of JSC Pigment.
A little about the project. TQM is the company's development strategy aimed at modernizing existing and creating new production facilities, mastering and implementing promising resource-saving technologies, which makes it possible to manufacture products that meet consumer requirements. Within the framework of this strategy, internal quality control of processes and products is the key indicator that determines the present Pigment JSC in the current competitive market environment, and research and development in the field of new and improved products determine the future of the company and its development prospects.
In order to provide partners and customers of the company with high quality products, Pigment JSC is constantly working to improve its activities in the field of quality. To do this, the specialists of the enterprise study the requirements of consumers, improve recipes and technologies, use joint programs of work with customers to introduce new products, and control quality according to their methods.
It should be noted that this project has been implemented at Pigment JSC since 2018. The transfer of best practices and knowledge of enterprise mentors, using modern planning approaches and knowledge of the principles of personnel training for new approaches to work performance, bring positive results. Thus, as a result of the implementation of the project, the company increased labor productivity, reduced losses and increased the level of competence in the field of modern analysis tools at work, thereby strengthening loyalty to the enterprise and increasing the authority of mentors.
