Tambov company PJSC "Pigment" took part in the industry-specific online conference "Polyethylene films". The online platform brought together professionals from leading companies in Russia and Europe to exchange experience and gain new knowledge applicable in the production of PE films. The traditional organizer of the online event was the company "Aforum".
In total, 12 reports from industry representatives were presented at the online conference, and 243 people took part. Natalia Dikova, head of the implementation sector of the Central laboratory of PJSC PIGMENT (KRATA), made a presentation on "Range of organic pigments of PJSC Pigment for polymer materials". In her speech, special attention was paid to the specifics of the use of organic pigments, including yellow brands in the polymer industry, taking into account the recommended processing temperature.
It should be noted that all pigments produced and supplied by PJSC "Pigment" have the required indicators for coloristics, heat resistance, light resistance, and migration stability. KRAT's products are environmentally friendly, and the Tambov company offers a decent alternative to crowns.
Unfortunately, for many companies, the most popular pigment for the production of yellow materials is kron, which, in comparison with organic pigments, is a less environmentally friendly raw material, but at the same time a more economical option.
In this case, the specialists of the Tambov company PJSC "Pigment" recommend using safe organic pigments, such as: pigment yellow durable 4K (P.Y. 191), a distinctive feature of which is high temperature resistance and color compliance with RAL 1003, which makes it indispensable for the production of thermoplastics, as well as pigment yellow 83 and pigment yellow 2K M. B (P. Y. 13) – these brands have a high intensity, which provides a bright color with low consumption in organo-dilutable paints.
