Environmentally friendly formaldehyde fixers are an aqueous solution of high-molecular compounds, is a cationic textile auxiliary preparation.

Application area:

Designed to increase the resistance of colors to wet treatments and dry friction of fabrics and textiles made from cellulosic fibers dyed with direct, sulfur and active dyes.
Improves color fastness by 1 point compared to color fastness of raw fiber. At the same time, the color stability to light does not change.
By fixing ability, the fixers are similar to the traditional fixers BZK-1 - DCU, BZK-2 - U-2, but do not contain formaldehyde.
Give a soft neck to the processed materials.

Packaging, storage and transportation:

The fixer is packed in plastic drums with a capacity of 50 dm3. Storage and transportation is allowed at temperatures below the crystallization temperature. During freezing and subsequent thawing, the product fully retains its properties.

Recommendations for use:

1. Fixing color.
Dyed fabric, thoroughly washed with water from the dye, is treated with a solution of the fixer with a concentration: for BZK-1 - from 10 to 30 g / l; for BZK-2 - from 3 to 10g / l, depending on the color intensity.
The treatment is carried out at a temperature of 30-60 ° C.
Next, squeezing to 100% weight gain and drying at a temperature of 120 ° C.

2. Compatibility with other drugs.
Well compatible with non-inogenic and cation-active compounds.
Incompatible with anionic products (precipitation occurs).
Formaldehyde fixative treatment can be combined with the final fabric finish. However, you must first check the compatibility of finishing agents and fixative.

3. Correction of fixed poor-quality color and discoloration.
To eliminate defects in the color of the fixed material, the treatment is carried out for 30 minutes at 80 ° C in a bath containing 1.5 g / l of formic acid.
After that, 3-5% dispersion agent NF is added to the bath based on the mass of the material being processed with a 1:30 bath module and treated for 30 minutes at a temperature of 95 ° C. The material is then decolorized at a temperature of 95 ° C for 30 minutes in a recovery bath containing 2-4% sodium hydrosulfite and 2-4% soda ash (by weight of the material being processed).

4. Effect of hard water on the quality of the fixer.
When using water with a total hardness higher than 6 mg-eq / l, it is necessary to remove the hardness by acidification with acetic acid to the specified hardness.
