Technological additive for the intensification of cement grinding
KRATATSEM - cement grinding intensifier based on ionomer polymers, a complex of surfactants. This additive belongs to the class of technology, according to the classification of GOST 2640, facilitating the process of grinding cement.
Areas of use
The chemical additive KRATACEM is intended to intensify the grinding of cement. SUMMARY is used to reduce the specific consumption of electricity for clinker grinding, increase mill productivity, improve the quality characteristics of cement, increase the fluidity of cement and thus reduce the cost of loading cement into wagons and cement trucks.
The optimally selected multi-component composition of the additive allows you to: increase the productivity of mills by 10-30%;
reduce energy costs for grinding cement;
improve fineness of cement grinding (reduce residues on sieves);
improve particle size distribution of cement;
increase the early strength of cements;
increase the brand strength of cements;
increase the fluidity of cement;
reduce water separation of cement.
Recommendations for use
The most preferred method of using the additive is to introduce the grinding into the mill. The recommended consumption of the additive is in the range - 0.02 ÷ 0.1% of the weight of cement (200-1000 g / t of cement). The dosage of intensifier is selected experimentally during laboratory and industrial tests, depending on the chemical and mineralogical composition of clinker, the material composition of cement (the nature and amount of mineral additives used), and the required parameters of the finished product. In most cases, to achieve the required indicators (to improve the quality of cement, increase the productivity of mills) it is enough to use an additive in a dosage of 0.02 ÷ 0.04% of the weight of cement (200-400 g / t of cement).
physical and chemical indicators
The additive is delivered in bulk in road and rail tanks, as well as in plastic containers of various capacities.
The additive must be stored in containers that ensure tightness. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. If the recommended storage conditions are violated, a change in the physicochemical and consumer properties of the product may occur. Compliance with the recommended conditions allows you to store the additive for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
The use of protective gloves when working with the additive is recommended. In case of contact with the skin, wash off with soap and water. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary. Dispose of the additive in accordance with local regulations and do not pour into soil, water, sewers.
