The participants of the program (this year they are 9 mentors and 12 reservists) completed and presented joint work on projects aimed at solving urgent tasks for the enterprise. Among them were projects to optimize and improve business processes, automation, digitalization, increase labor productivity, brand and company image formation, social policy, etc.
The participants of the program for 7 months kept a "Work diary" on the 1C: Workflow platform, which displays the progress of certain tasks from the mentor to the reservist.
On November 29, 2022, a ceremony was held to announce the results of project protection and evaluation of mentors' work. Following the meeting of the commission, the title of "Best Mentor – 2022" was awarded to Production Director Roman Pavlinov, who regularly participates in the program. Also, the photo of the best mentor will be posted on the company's "Honor Board" in 2023.
The second place in the Mentoring program was awarded to the Chief Engineer of the Number Optimization project Inna Levina. Deputy Chief Power Engineer Alexander Vetrov was awarded the 3rd place.
Reservists who received the evaluation of the project "good" and "excellent" were awarded a cash prize.
The Commission noted the high level of training of reservists and wished not to leave their projects at the level of ideas, but to implement them in practice. An interactive discussion about their mentors was also organized for all those present.
The Pigment company congratulates the participants and winners and wishes them new successes in 2023!
