On September 14, on the basis of the regional center for Management and Culture, a conference was held on the topic "Staff training is the key to the success of the company". Elena Vasneva, the Head of the Personnel Development Department of Pigment JSC, shared her experience in this matter. The meeting was organized by the Tambov Regional Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
It is worth noting that staff training is one of the priority tasks of the personnel policy of the joint–stock company "Pigment". Every year educational projects are implemented here, the purpose of which is not only to improve the professional level of employees, but also to train personnel taking into account the peculiarities of production.
Pigment JSC has developed a 5-step personnel development program. The created system assumes a continuous process of building individual vectors of employee development (a portfolio of career trajectories), starting from adaptation measures and an individual plan for taking office, a set of educational programs, the formation of corporate competencies, professional skills (an advanced development policy aimed at anticipating the needs of the right staff in the context of the company's strategy).
For young professionals, an important point in the general training program at Pigment is work within the framework of the Personnel Reserve project, which involves training promising employees to work in managerial positions of the enterprise.
The company annually improves the training program and develops new projects. So, in 2021, the company for the first time launched such intra-corporate projects as "Leaders of Pigment" and "Mentoring". The purpose of the programs is to identify, develop and motivate promising employees with a high level of professional competence, as well as those who have the desire to contribute to the development of the company. Thanks to the Mentoring program, a project was implemented on the basis of Workshop No. 33 to assess the competencies of production personnel based on competency models. An assessment of the compliance of existing personnel with both current and prospective labor goals and tasks has been organized.

In total, 632 employees completed various forms of training last year. Considering that many were engaged in several training programs at once, the overall statistics look even more impressive.
